Property Consultant

Job description:
• Candidates have to review and respond promptly to all sales enquiries.
• Attend to enquiries received by telephone and internet (leads).
• Set-up appointments with buyers and assess their real estate needs.
• Educate customers and match property options with the buyer’s needs.
• Provide information including site maps, floor plans, brochures etc.
• Presenting GEG and its current projects at property exhibitions
• Assisting in transfer of title deeds from property developer to GEG
and to the new owner.

Required Skills:
• 2-3 years of relevant experiences in the real estate sector
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Sensitive personality
• Fluent oral and written English language skills

 

Business Developer

Job description:
• Responsibilities include cold calling for new prospects and client acquisition (developer and real-estate agents). Day to day tasks will involve selecting targets, providing consulting services, presenting to top management level, negotiating agreements, and client servicing.
• Coordinate with Property Agents to lobby the agent network
• Business development of direct and indirect channels through sales managers network

Required Skills:
• 5 years in business development / sales / agency experience
• Problem solving skills and managing various stress levels successfully
• Strong analytical skills and simple math and reporting skills
• MS Office applications and use of the Internet as a research medium
• Excellent networking and "lobbying" skills

 

Secretary / Management Assistant

Job description:
• Prepare effective and accurate official correspondence
• Schedule meetings and calendar management
• Answering and responding to telephone enquiries
• Maintaining and updating internal customer contact database
• Travel and accommodation arrangements on behalf of staff, customers and clients
• Support accounting and finance department with basic book keeping and filing

Required Skills:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Anticipation of potential problem areas and solution providing skills
• Should have a pleasant personality and excellent inter-personal skills
• Should have good command over MS Office, scanning, Photoshop and use of the Internet
• Fluent oral and written English (and Arabic) language skills
